1. Avoid hitting

2. Correct installation and clamping

Before installation, make sure the spindle motor is in normal condition, mainly refers to the appearance of no damage, the spindle rotation light uniform. The spindle motor and the clamping sleeve diameter tolerances between the sleeve seat hole must ensure that the spindle motor can slide smoothly into the hole, in any case can use a hammer or other tools to make the spindle positioning, clamping force should not be too large, otherwise it will cause the precision ball bearing raceway deformation of the spindle, precision and service life of affected. 3, the collet (type ER) pressure cap and tool installation

The tool must be installed to ensure the accuracy of rotation, otherwise it will produce violent vibration, affecting engraving (milling) quality and efficiency and bearing life.

Must be very careful to wipe the collet, pressure cap and tool spindle and the front end of the taper hole, assembling and disassembling tool should avoid excessive force.

4, must be started before

1) confirm the circulating cooling water to the spindle sleeve has been opened, the cooling water temperature is generally not more than 35 DEG C, but should not be too low, should not be directly connected with the tap water, because the water temperature is too low will cause the spindle motor internal hot air cold formed condensate affect the insulation and bearing rust, cooling water flow can be in 3-6L/MIN and the cooling water should be clean and free of dust to prevent blockage of the passage. The water in the cooling water tank is about 60L - 100L. It is recommended that the pump be AB-25 or AB-50. The inlet and outlet can not be too close to each other, must make the water in the box has a cooling process, and strive to make the temperature difference between 2 and 3 degrees C, to avoid causing hot water circulation and cooling effect can not be achieved.

2) confirm the power supply voltage, frequency and the matching relation correctly, U/F curve of voltage and frequency relation according to the main brand data or product inspection report provided inverter. 5, running

According to the U/F curve, the frequency of the converter can be adjusted at different speeds. At this point, the voltage of the converter will automatically adjust to the desired value. In the low speed operation, in order to improve the torque properly, the voltage can be slightly improved, and generally can be controlled at about 20% of the calibration value, so that the work current value is close to the rated value (ampere). Engraving, milling and motorized spindles are not allowed to exceed speed limit. In certain output frequency range, may meet the load device (carving milling spindle) mechanical resonance point, cause noise and vibration increase, at this time should avoid this frequency work, noise and vibration can be improved.

Normal operation should be done by listening to, two touch, three check, and try to avoid sudden brake, the tool card to stop in time to shut down the car.

Listen to the sound operation of the spindle motor, no friction and croak, abnormal timely shutdown check.

Two touch ---- touch the front cover or sleeve heating and vibration is stable, if heating and vibration intensifies, should be in time to turn off the car inspection. (bearings can withstand the temperature < 90 degrees C, stator winding <140 degrees C)

Three check ---- check the quality of the processed parts is stable, such as changes in large, should be in time to close the car inspection.

After the end of each day, you should turn off the power supply. After the main shaft stops, turn off the water pump to stop the water supply and wipe the spindle motor.

6, maintenance

Under normal circumstances, the general operation of a year or so, should be re assembled and spindle motor, which can ensure the accuracy of bearing and prolong the service life. In order to ensure that the spindle motor can work properly and properly, the disassembly and assembly must be carried out by experienced professional operators, in clean environment and by using suitable tools, and should not be beat indiscriminately.
